Lamp Operations

Ramp operations are ground operations performed while aircraft are parked at an airport. These operations are critical to the safe and efficient operation of aircraft. Specifically, these tasks include the following.

● Aircraft guidance (marshalling)

This is the process of guiding an aircraft so that it stops precisely at its parking position.

Cargo and Baggage Handling

This is the loading and unloading of passenger baggage and cargo. This includes container and pallet operations.

Refueling

This is the process of refueling an aircraft. This is done by specialized refueling teams.

In-flight cleaning

This is the process of cleaning the cabin in preparation for the next flight.

Preparation of aircraft for takeoff

This includes connecting and disconnecting bridges, installing and removing aircraft fixtures (such as wheel stops), and connecting and disconnecting air conditioning units and power supplies.

Maintenance Support

Support services such as minor maintenance and inspections or handling equipment malfunctions.

Passenger service operations

It refers to a series of services that help passengers move smoothly through the airport. This includes a variety of services from check-in to boarding and post-arrival procedures. Specifically, the following tasks are performed.

Check in

Checks in passengers and baggage. Issues boarding passes and provides necessary information.

Boarding Procedures

Checks passenger boarding passes at the gate and guides passengers through boarding. Provides assistance to passengers who need priority boarding or assistance.

Gate Assistance

Provides information and guidance at the boarding gate and responds to customer questions. Responds to flight delays and changes.

Support after arrival

Provides information at the arrival gate and assists with receiving checked baggage. Responds to lost and found items and provides customer service.

Special Support

Arrange for wheelchairs and provide assistance to guests who need help.

Irregular support

Assists with flight cancellations, delays, and overbookings, as well as
rebooking and arranging accommodations.

Customer Services

Responds to customer inquiries and provides necessary information and support.

To date, we have achieved direct flights from Hong Kong, South Korea, and Taiwan.

We also focus on planning original tours in cooperation with local communities and experience-based programs with the Blue Zone as a theme.
